Description
DLT-5 asphalt melting equipment developed by our company uses
conduction oil as heating medium to heat, melt, dump and dewater
asphalt through heating coil and conduction oil boiler exhaust gas
residual heat. The equipment can ensure asphalt heating quality,
and features high thermal efficiency, quick asphalt dumping, low
labor intensity and less pollution.
Bitumen drum melter components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system,
tipping devices, asphalt drum plate, dripping asphalt collect
system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system,
bitumen pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Working principle
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller
pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil
from external boiler as the heating source.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from
the other end.
Features
1. Heating sources from outside conduction oil boiler, without self
heating.
2. Compact design, loading 1*40 HQ container, easy transfer and
transportation.
3. Continuous production, one full drum in from front end, then one
empty drum out from back end.
4. Electric hoist lifting drum, drum opening upwards, no asphalt
dripping no waste. Labor saving.
5. Patent turnover device, which can turn over the bitumen barrel
bottom up on the rails plate, which can avoid the waste and
pollution while happens on the way to the rail.
6. Hydraulic push arm push the bitumen barrel plate with square
shape, avoiding big resistance, unsatisfactory progress and
deformation of barrel and rail.
7. 100mm high density rock insulation, with less heat loss.
8. Drum open completely, zero asphalt left in drum, zero loss of
asphalt.
